In the 21st century, we’ve finally gained the ability to see the Shroud of Turin like never before—revealing a 3-D image of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, using advanced AI technology. What’s extraordinary is that scientists now believe it took 34 trillion watts of energy to create this image on the cloth, something unimaginable by human standards.
If you remember, back in 1988, this sacred artifact was written off as a forgery, allegedly made around 1380 AD. That explanation never made sense to me, and now we know why. One of the Jewish scientists who studied the Shroud in the 1970s eventually converted to Christianity after the findings. He saw something deeper than what science alone could explain. The radiocarbon dating used in 1977, which was cited as proof of its medieval origin, has since been proven erroneous. In fact, this is likely one of the most significant Christian stories of the year, if not the decade.
Think about it: why would all this evidence surface now? We know there are no coincidences in God’s timing. Just as we've learned that God's name, YHWH, is inscribed in our DNA, we now have undeniable proof of the image of Christ that was placed in the Shroud 1,990 years ago during the miraculous reanimation of His body.
This image wasn’t meant for the people of the 14th century or even for the early Church. It was meant for us—our generation, equipped with the technology to decipher its profound message. God, the Alpha and Omega, who exists outside of time, knew exactly when we’d be able to unravel this mystery. This is His “love letter” to us, a divine message sent to reassure us of His presence and to remind us not to be deceived when falsehoods arise.
I don’t claim to have all the answers, but as someone who has lived for 60 years, I’ve never seen anything like what’s unfolding now. It’s as if God is pulling back the veil for those willing to see.

We know His blood type was AB, and we know that 34 trillion watts of energy were emitted from His body to form this image. For years, skeptics leaned on the carbon dating results that suggested the Shroud was only 700 years old. But how could someone from the 14th century create a 3-D image that required a power source beyond anything they could comprehend?
C.S. Lewis, one of the greatest Christian thinkers of the modern era, kept a photograph of the Shroud of Turin in his bedroom. Even he must have sensed its profound significance.
