Red, White & Bingo Luncheon – A Tribute to Our Veterans
As the Executive Director of Lettermen of the USA, it gives me great pride to reflect on our recent Red, White & Bingo Luncheon, held on Thursday, August 21, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM in the elegant Gold Room at The Club in Homewood, Alabama. This special gathering brought together supporters of all ages for a delightful afternoon of lunch, bingo, and fellowship—all in honor of our nation’s veterans.
Our mission at LotUSA is to unite former collegiate athletes, coaches, and supporters from diverse backgrounds in service to those who have served our country. The luncheon embodied that mission. Through the simple acts of sharing a meal, playing bingo, and fostering community, we reaffirmed our commitment to veterans and celebrated their sacrifices in a spirited and uplifting setting.
The Red, White & Bingo Luncheon was more than just a fun afternoon—it served as a reminder of the power of camaraderie and community. By participating—whether as a guest, volunteer, or sponsor—every person in attendance played a vital role in advancing our programs for heroes.
Your support ensures that nearly all funds go directly to veterans in need, with minimal administrative overhead—because every dollar truly counts .
As we look toward the future, we warmly invite you to stay involved. Whether you’re interested in attending upcoming events, volunteering, donating, or simply learning more, your involvement continues to make a profound difference in the lives of veterans. You can explore more opportunities to support and engage on our website (www.lostusa.org)
On behalf of Lettermen of the USA, thank you for your dedication to our nation’s veterans. Together, time and again, we show that through unity, purpose, and heart, communities can—and do—stand stronger than ever.
With gratitude and determination,
Brian Cunningham
Executive Director
Lettermen of the USA
