At Lettermen of the USA, we believe no veteran or military family should face homelessness alone.
Shelters for Heroes was created to provide emergency shelter assistance, crisis support, and pathways toward long-term stability for veterans and their families experiencing hardship. Through this initiative, we help heroes regain hope during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Whether it is a veteran facing sudden financial hardship, a military family displaced by medical challenges, or a parent struggling to keep their children safe, Shelters for Heroes steps in with compassion, urgency, and dignity.
Our Mission

We assist veterans and military families with short-term hotel stays and emergency shelter support when immediate housing is unavailable.

A Story of Hope
One of the many families helped through Shelters for Heroes was a mother and her children facing homelessness while battling severe medical hardships.
After losing employment while caring for her seriously ill child, the family found themselves without stable housing. Through Shelters for Heroes, emergency lodging and community support provided the family with safety, dignity, and time to rebuild.
