The Letterman USA 🇺🇸 Call to-Action.

October 5, 2024

Dear Friends and Supporters of the Lettermen of the USA,

As fellow American citizens and followers of Christ, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, and in this season, there is a great need for that love and compassion.

Our brothers and sisters in North Carolina and Tennessee have faced devastating floods, leaving many families without homes, without hope, and without the basic necessities of life. In times of such hardship, we are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 25:35-36: "For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me." Now is the time for us to live out this calling, to be the hands and feet of Christ to those in need.

The Lettermen of the USA has always been committed to service, standing together to make a difference in the lives of others. But beyond the titles we once wore as athletes, our greatest title is as followers of Christ. It is through our unity, compassion, and generosity that we honor Him. By stepping up to help the flood victims of North Carolina and Tennessee, we have an incredible opportunity to shine His light in a dark and difficult time.

We ask you to join us in this effort, whether through donations, volunteering, or simply spreading the word. Every act of kindness, no matter how small, carries the power to lift a spirit, restore hope, and bring honor to our Lord. Together, we can show the love of Christ in tangible, meaningful ways, providing relief and reminding these families that they are not alone.

Let us answer the call with hearts full of compassion and a commitment to serve, knowing that in doing so, we glorify the One who first loved us. Thank you for your continued support, for your prayers, and for your generosity in this time of need.

May God bless you richly as you bless others.

Sincerely,

Darryl Fuhrman
